Introducing our newest luxury vacation rental, Eagles Nest — a beautifully crafted, lakefront home on the serene shores of Douglas Lake in Dandridge, Tennessee. This custom-built, 2,800+ square foot retreat is a testament to our team’s ability to bring bold visions to life — from initial permitting to expert construction, interior design, and professional landscaping — all completed within an impressive 6-month timeline.

The Interior
The home boasts beautiful hickory 5” hardwood floors throughout. The main level of the home is thoughtfully designed to entertain inside and outside living. The great room showcases a dramatic 27’ vaulted ceiling which has whitewash pine shiplap beautifully enhances our oversized black Anderson doors and windows.
The open concept design lends itself to entertain sizeable groups of people. The upscale chef’s kitchen flows nicely into the dining room, and into the living room which reveals floor to ceiling custom fireplace. Then the flow goes outside to our oversized trek flooring porches that also showcase whitewashed pine shiplap. Our extensive porches offering over 750 square feet that lend to exceptional views of the Smokey Mountains.
This new spectacular luxury vacation home offers several upgrades throughout the interior and exterior design. We have included an oversized functionally designed upscale Café series appliances, hand crafted copper farm sink, Brazilian quartzite counter tops, and high-quality cabinets.
In designing this home, we wanted to have a main level master suite that features a king-sized bed and a custom bathroom with separate water closet. This room also lends itself to a large door to enjoy the vast porch and conversational area.
Bedrooms
All 3.5 bathrooms are customized to suite a vacation renter which includes custom showers, Carrera marble floors, showers and vanities, separate water closet to provide privacy.
The second level of the home features 2 bedrooms and one custom bathroom with separate water closet. The larger of the 2 rooms is a king-sized bed and highlights a vaulted whitewashed pine ship lap ceiling boasting a reclaimed beam. The 2nd bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and large reclaimed barn doors that open to the great room and lends to great views of the smokey mountains.
The lower level of the home features handmade reclaimed wood bar, reclaimed barn wood as a design element, beautiful living room area that lends itself to indoor outdoor living. The lower level has 2 bedrooms one bunk room that can sleep 6 people on 2 twin-beds and 2 queen-beds. One design feature was incorporating reclaimed barn wood wall. The lower level also has a custom bathroom that has an entrance from both rooms.
All our vacation rentals are pet friendly and when designing this house, we featured a doggie room for our “Other family members”. Outside the lower level we offer a hot tub, and fire pit. The backyard is vast and offers tiering levels down to the lake. When you go enjoy Douglas Lake we offer a dock for boating, fishing, swimming, and a large area to relax and entertain.
